How do I track my order?
Express Delivery:

I am missing items from my order. What can I do?
Please check the contents of all parcels received, as smaller items may occasionally be packed inside larger cartons.
Occasionally, orders may be delivered in multiple consignments and may arrive on different days. Your dispatch email will specify if any items are arriving separately. There are no additional postage costs for split deliveries.
If an item is listed on your dispatch note but missing from your parcel, please contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.
My parcel is shown as delivered, but I have not received it.
If our courier was unable to deliver directly to you, they may have left your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. A calling card should be left at your property, and your tracking information will be updated to reflect the delivery location.

Do Toysavers offer Gift Cards?
Our eGift Card is sent via email and is ready to use immediately upon receipt—no waiting, no delivery charges. eGift Cards can be used both online and in-store.
For orders placed during normal business hours, you’ll receive your eGift Card instantly. For orders placed outside business hours, the eGift Card will arrive on the following day.
What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
